Did you know that during heat waves like we have been experiencing over the last week or so, you should be drinking 75% of your weight in water daily? For example, if you weigh 100 lbs you should drink a minimum of 75 ounces of water to stay hydrated.

Place cold cloths or ice wrapped in a towel around your neck, arm pits, behind the knees, or on your feet.

If you are concerned for your health, CCCH will provide transportation if needed, to a local cooling station (free of charge). Please call us!
