We support a variety of seniors programs such as Foot Care Clinics, Meals on Wheels deliveries (Hot and Frozen meals), Transportation to and from appointments, Diners Clubs and Homemaking. Programs and Services

We provide a variety of Programs and Services to our clients, both seniors and adults with physical disabilities. Crisis Invention

Provides support and intervention for seniors, adults with physical disabilities and caregivers in critical situations. The goal is to provide support in crisis intervention, stabilize and put a plan in place for the long term.

Gift Certificates

Are available year round for our programs and services, when you have a senior to buy for that has everything. Just call the office and we will provide you the appropriate certificate.

Meals on Wheels, Socials and Diners Club

We offer a number of options for dining at home or in social gatherings with our Meals on Wheels, Socials and Diners Club.

A 96 year old wanted to start coming to the Diners but didnít have a ride. We were able to connect client with another diners couple who were more than willing and pleased to take client to the diners each month. January was her first diners in a long time and she mentioned how she really missed it and enjoyed being out with people and seeing old friends. She expressed her thanks for helping her connect with these other clients in order for her to be able to attend again. January 2016

Health and Wellness

To ensure that our clients maintain wellness, we offer several programs to promote health and wellness.


Escorted Transportation

Volunteer drivers are available for long distance and local trips for medical appointments, shopping or social activities.

Escorted Mobility Van

The Escorted Mobility Van compliments the existing Volunteer Escorted Transportation program and helps remove the barriers experienced in accessing medical care. Read More

Household Management

Home Help and Maintenance is available for clients to assist with routine household tasks and assistance with small, one-time chores around the house. More Details.
