Hot Meal Order Form

Please complete the form below if you would like to order hot Meals on Wheels.  Orders must be received 2 days before the date of the meal for processing.  Orders can be picked up at the front entrance of our building at 310 Victoria Street N after 11:15 am on the date of your meal.  Payment is due upon receipt.
